Teenager makes teacher’s life hell every day, so dad shows to school to teach him a lesson

During your teenage years it doesn’t get more embarrassing than having to hang out with your parents. When out in public with my folks I remember walking a few paces behind my parents as if there was something wrong with them.

The moment this Texas father discovered his 17-year-old son was misbehaving at school, he thought about the worse punishment he could dish out.

He considered grounding him but then had an outrageous idea that parents all over the world are congratulating him on.

On several occasions the teacher informed the family that their teenage son Brad spoke far too often during lessons. That’s when his father Bradley decided to give his talkative son an ultimatum.

For some reason I said, ‘Hey, if we get another call I’m going to show up in school and sit beside you in class,’” said Brad’s dad.

Of course his son didn’t think he was serious and carried on disrupting his physics class continuing to disturb the teacher and pupils.

Once Dad Brad received yet another call about his son’s disruptive behavior it was time to take action. ‘I didn’t even notice him’. It wasn’t something dad Brad wanted to do but he had to shock his son into behaving.

“Friday is my only day off, so my wife wakes me up and says, ‘Brad, it’s time for you to go to school.’ I thought, Oh no, what have I done?” the dad said. The following day student Brad walked into his physics class as usual and to his horror noticed his dad waiting for him by his desk.

“I didn’t even notice him until after I had said hi to all of my friends, but I was super shocked,” the teen said. The other teenagers in the classroom enjoyed seeing Brad suffer with his dad sitting next to him and had a good laugh at his expense.

Brad’s sister Mollie, also had a good laugh at her dad showing up in Brad’s class and shared the story on social media. Even his mother Denise Howard posted about her husband’s actions.

“The Howard men are famous,” said Bradley’s mom. “We’ve had a great time with this but more than anything we hope we don’t get any more calls about Bradley interrupting in physics class!”

Like his wife Brad senior hopes this is a one off as he wasn’t quite ready to enter a high school classroom. Dad said the physics teacher was grateful but added, “I pray it was a one-time thing,” he said. “I don’t think I’d ever do it again.”
