Tiger gives birth to lifeless twin cubs – mother’s instincts kick in and astonishes caretakers.

in Uncategorized

One of the most natural and precious moments for any parent in life is giving birth.

In relation to the animal kingdom there are of course, numerous methods which evolution has developed for them to bring babies into the world.

Most of us will be familiar with dogs and cats, for example since we’ve witnessed personally or on TV. However when it comes to animals like tigers it’s an entirely different concept.

Tiger’s habits are extremely fascinating, thankfully a recent video which has surfaced online shows an enormous tiger giving birth to two cubs.

The clip has also proved to be an online sensation, as people get ready to enjoy a breathtaking moment …

The birth occurred at an Australian zoo, where zookeepers monitored the mother for some time.  The Sumatran tiger, called Kaitlyn, can be see delivering two male cubs.

When it comes to these situation a big emphasis is placed on ensuring the mother survives, as well as keeping an eye out for complications that may arise during the process of delivery. In this instance, staff at the zoo’s were keening watching to make sure everything accordingly.

However things got off to a rocky start as the first cub struggled to breathe once it arrived into the world.

Shortly after Kaitlyn delivers her first cub, you can see there’s a thin layer of film around its body. This helps the birthing process as it provides a smoother exit from the mother’s womb. Tiger moms lick the film off within seconds after the birth.

Exhausted Kaitlyn rolls on to her side even though the task isn’t over with just yet. There is one more baby to deliver, although this is proving a little easier.

The second cub was  in fact already kicking his legs before he was completely out of the womb. He breathes perfectly within moments of being delivered.

Two new healthy new cubs were introduced, marking an important step regarding the conservation efforts in place to keep these tigers safe.

Sumatran tigers like Kaitlyn are on the critically endangered list, with their numbers thought to stand between 400 and 600. Although two might not seem like such a significant number, it’s two more that will hopefully go on to breed and produce their own offspring.

2 boys shovel snow on driveway: then dad spots the man behind them

in Uncategorized

One day, Daniel Medina along with his two sons, aged 6 and 10, were on the road in their neighbourhood, when all of a sudden his boys told him to stop the car.

Initially Daniel seemed confused. As it was very cold and snowing out he wondered what it was they could possibly want?

Thats when Daniel caught sight of the man on the sidewalk.

It was evident that the boys had also noticed him. The man was confined to a wheelchair while attempting to shovel snow away.

If you’ve ever shovelled snow before then you’ll know exactly how difficult and exhausting it is. So imagine trying to do it from a wheelchair. The guy appeared to be struggling as he shovelled away heavy heaps of snow.

Daniel’s boys, just 6 and 10, immediately decided to stop and help entirely on their own initiative. Of course their father happily obliged, so they all grabbed shovels and assisted the wheelchair-bound man.

Daniel honestly couldn’t have been any prouder. Despite feeling tired and the freezing cold temperatures outside, they persisted in helping the stranger who was struggling on the street.

They knew the task would be done quicker and faster if they gave him a helping hand, and they continued until the job was complete.

Not everybody has the desire to help people in need, however these young boys didn’t hesitate to offer a helping hand.

Daniel later describes the incident on Facebook while his post received tens of thousands of reactions and tributes to the young boys.

Most people nowadays perceive today’s youth as being spoiled and selfish brats, hence why this image gained viral attention online.

Help us pay tribute to these young boys’ wonderful act of compassion and SHARE this post on Facebook with your freinds!

  • Hiding shopping bags in your trunk

Woman buys blue ornament for $2 from thrift store – then spots something hidden within

in Uncategorized

Buying items second-hand is always a gamble. In our consumeristic society, we feel the drive to buy, buy, buy.

But there are plenty of second-hand finds that still have a lot of life to give. They are full of story, of mysterious pasts, and most times those stories go undiscovered. We can only guess at them.

That said, I have read plenty of stories wherein people have purchased old paintings that turn out to be works of a famous artist, or else clocks and cabinets containing hidden compartments filled with valuable gems. Alas, I have no such luck. What I see is what I get.

Priscilla Bailey, a Plymouth, Massachusetts woman, was recently shopping at her local thrift store when she spotted a beautiful blue heart-shaped ornament. She thought it would be perfect in her kitchen window so she bought it. It cost $2.99.

She describes the ornament markings that look like angels or vikings, and she describes it as “really beautiful”.

As it turns out, it’s more than just beautiful, it’s actually really valuable too (at least to one person). After returning home, Bailey took a closer look at the ornament and noticed that there might be something inside.

Once she hung it in a position where it would catch the light, Bailey spotted something moving. So she was determined to examine further and took out a flashlight investigate.

It’s small. The two spots in it are small, the size of a golf ball,” she said. And so it transpired the heart was filled with a powdery substance.

Bailey believes she’s come across someone’s urn, complete with their ashes inside. Kat, her daughter and Bailey are now making it their goal to reunite the heart with its rightful owner.

At first I got spooked, for a second,” Bailey explained. “But then, it’s been in the house all this time — a couple of weeks now — and it needs to find its owner!”

It’s beautiful,” Bartlett added. “It must have a story, so that’s my goal — to find out where and who this belongs to.”

Bailey is hoping that someone will comes forth and claim the urn, although she’s more than happy to keep it on display until that day arrives

Lets help Bailey spread her story and SHARE this post with others to help reunite with rightful owner.

This man sees a pregnant 14-year-old girl out in the cold – her story is heartbreaking

in Uncategorized

How often do you encounter a dilemma? One where you have to choose the path that results in the least harm? Perhaps you don’t necessarily care about such things? Thats exactly what this one man displayed that human kindness is the most powerful medicine.

I was on a day trip to Vancouver from Seattle and stopped in for lunch at a little cafe.  I saw a young teenage girl out in the cold from my window, squatting down in a closed up doorway, holding a small bundle in her arms. She was panhandling, people were mostly walking by ignoring her. She just looked totally lost and broken.

I finished up my meal and went outside, searched my wallet and thought I’d give her $5 for some food. As I approached her she was sobbing, she looked like she was only about 14 or 15.

That bundle in her arms was a baby wrapped up. I felt like I just got punched in the chest. She looked up putting on a game face and asked for any change, I asked her if she’s like some lunch. Right next door was a small quick-Trip type grocery store, I got a can of formula for the baby (very young, maybe 2-3 months old.), and took her back to the cafe though I’d just eaten. She was very thankful, got a burger and just inhaled it. Got her some pie and ice cream. She opened up and we talked. She was 15, got pregnant, parents were angry and she was fighting with them. She ran away. She’s been gone almost 1 full year.

I asked her if she’s like to go home and she got silent. I coaxed her, she said her parents wouldn’t want her back. I coaxed further, she admitted she stole 5k in cash from her Dad. Turns out 5k doesn’t last long at all and the streets are tough on a 15 year old. Very tough. She did want to go back, but she was afraid no one wanted her back after what she did.

We talked more, I wanted her to use my phone to call home but she wouldn’t. I told her I’d call and see if her folks wanted to talk to her, she hesitated and gave bad excuses but eventually agreed. She dialled the number and I took the phone, her Mom picked up and I said hello.

Awkwardly introduced myself and said her daughter would like to speak to her, silence, and I heard crying. Gave the phone to the girl and she was just quiet listening to her Mom cry, and then said hello. And she cried. They talked, she gave the phone back to me, I talked to her Mom some more.

I drove her down to the bus station and bought her a bus ticket home. Gave her $100 cash for incidentals, and some formula, diapers, wipes, snacks for the road.

Got to the bus, and she just cried saying thank you over and over. I gave her a kiss on the forehead and a hug, kissed her baby, and she got on the bus.

Her name is Makayla and her baby was Joe.

I get a chistmas card every year from her. She’s 21 now and in college.

I’ve never really told anyone about this. I just feel good knowing I did something good in this world.

If you agree this man deserves a medal then please SHARE this story with your friends on Facebook.

Woman’s post on Facebook goes viral as she ran out of gas after work.

in Uncategorized

This woman from Port Arthur, Texas, recently shared a Facebook post which has gone viral.  She explains how she ran out of gas on route home from work, and was left stranded on the of a busy road as trucks and cars passed her by.

She claims many vehicles honked at her as she attempted to push her car down the road. Then everything changed when a group of soldiers and a kindhearted stranger saw her struggling. Have a read of her post below.

Mary Mingo Williams

“I just ran out of gas coming from my job at Savannah and 25th Street the light changed and the car stopped. I got out and started pushing my car nobody stopped to help me trucks passed by me.

People had the nerve to blow their horn at me and they see me pushing this car. I don’t know where they came from but all of a sudden I had almost a platoon of army men they pushed my car literally from motiva Terminal Gate to the Citco station on Gulfway Drive.

Do you understand what I’m saying they pushed my car on their feet. When we got there I asked him can I please take your picture to let people know there are still young men in the world that will stop and offer their assistance to a woman in need. They said yes. At the gas station this man jumped out of his truck pulled $100 bill out of his wallet and offered it to them for them to go get themselves a meal.

They all said at the same time no sir we cannot accept that we were doing what we were raised to do. This same gentleman turned around and put gasoline in my car and told me keep the money that I had in my pocket. Man, when you are or child of God no matter what obstacles are placed in your way the Lord always has a ram in the bush. I thank each and everyone of you from the bottom of my heart……”

Family Snaps Hilarious Photos Every Christmas. 12 Years Later, Their Album Is Hilarious

in Uncategorized

Mike Bergeron explains, “I can’t tell you if it was me or Laura who thought of it, or even if it evolved between the two of us joking back and forth, but somehow we came up with the idea to dress-up like different characters and make their holiday card for everyone we knew.”

If you think your family is strange, then just wait till you meet the Bergerons. For the last 16 years their Christmas cards they have been creating quiet a commotion.

“It would be a way to show the people we loved that we were thinking about them during the holidays and also a way to make them smile amidst the chaos and stress of the season.”

2003, Forty & Fighting It

Our first card! The original concept was “Plugs & Juggs”, but we had to choose this photo because of the priceless facial expressions, even though you can’t see Laura’s overly-augmented rack. Thus, we call this “Forty & Fighting It”.

2004, We’re Dreaming of a White Trash Xmas

2005, Your Aunt & Uncle Who Live in the Midwest

2006, A Very Special Xmas

My friend Jeremy worked in a photo studio during the holidays, a couple of years before we kicked off this tradition. When he thought that a portrait was funny, he would print a copy for himself and place it in his living room.

2007, American Gothic Xmas

Overshadowed by controversy, some “purists” have accused us of cheating with this particular card because we Photoshopped it.  For those who love it, thanks…we love you, too.

For those who feel we cheated…look, we actually dressed-up in costumes and took a photograph for this card (we even bought a pitchfork!).

2008, Merry Krishnas

This year we started a little later, which meant when we went to JC Penney to take our picture, there was a one hour wait. So we strolled through the mall and ended up eating dinner in the food court. Perhaps we should have brought flowers.

2009, Los Cholos

This is my personal favourite. Some cards are obviously a joke, but when a card looks as real as this one, it is something special. Again, on this particular year, we weren’t able to take the picture until after Thanksgiving, so the JC Penney photo studio was very busy and we had to wait for an hour to get in.

2010, Olin Mills Family Portrait from 1981

In many ways, this card best represents what we were trying to achieve from the very beginning. Our concept was inspired by the awkward nature of holiday family photos that has now become so popular online.

2011, The Unibrows

Personally, I love the idea for this picture, but I think it could’ve been executed much better. Don’t get me wrong, we do look funny and Gigi really gives the card a whole other dynamic with her incredible cuteness. However, I think this concept was potentially our best card to date, if we had done it right.

2012, Goth Xmas

This is your legacy, girls…embrace it!

2013, Jazz Hands

I am truly blessed, I mean look at Laura…bringing it! Look at Gigi…bringing it! Look at Juju…well, protesting (at least she’s consistent).

2014, The Holidays Are Such a Drag

I doubt if anyone at the JC Penney Portrait Studio even thought twice about Laura and the girls, but it was a pretty busy year and we were waiting for about 45 minutes for the photographer to be available, so I am certain that my presence made a lot of people uncomfortable in the studio’s waiting area.

2015, Les Modèles (AKA Fashionistas, AKA Euro Trash)

His shoes – $850, her shoes – $950, spending your holiday with the Bergerons – totally priceless.

2016, Cussin Jerry nem

A little over a year ago, Gigi started calling me “Cousin Jerry.” It caught on with her little sister and, after a while, I started talking to them as I imagined Cousin Jerry would. Since then, he has become a regular visitor in our household, so it seemed fitting to share him with all of you this holiday season.

2017, Gingers in Paradise

We went in a slightly different direction this year, which required stepping out of the JCP Portrait Studio and using a photographer (big thanks to Marco Montenegro) at the local beach.

2018 “The West Texans”

So, it seems that we Bergerons have our own unique brand of fame – to be seen by many, yet recognisable to no one!

Not everyone fully understood the concept at first

It took years before close family got behind the initiative. As the years passed, they began selecting their favorites, and even shared ideas for future cards.

As our family grew, so grew the ideas about what we could do with the cards and the concept took on a whole new dimension,” Mike said. “We just kept sending them out, year after year, learning along the way that some cards were bigger hits than others, but also that each one contributed to a body of work that has become our family’s holiday tradition.”

We have a running list of ideas for future cards, but for the past several years we have thought of the idea in September or October of that year. This year, I was driving to work and just sort of spacing out when the idea for The West Texans just popped in my head and I found myself laughing out loud alone in my car just thinking about it.”

“My wife has always loved the tradition, though sometimes she worries that we won’t be able to keep coming up with ideas,” he added. “The girls have embraced the tradition, especially since they know that we are ‘world famous’ for the cards these days! The holidays are so much fun for a child anyway, this tradition just goes right along with the spirit of the season for them.”

Over the years, however, the size of the family’s actual mailing list has remained the same, however that doesn’t mean it’s not growing.

“Every once in a while, someone who is a casual acquaintance (like a coworker or a friend of a friend) will ask if they can be on our mailing list and we are always happy to add them. Just the fact that they feel the spirit of the cards and want to share in that feeling every year is an awesome compliment to us.”

Mom Says 6-Year-Old Son Is Transgender. Dad Disagrees. Now He Might Lose His Son

in Uncategorized

Apparently, the young boy only dresses as a girl while he is with his mother. According to court documents, she has enrolled him as a female named “Luna” in first-grade. However the father is contesting that his son always chooses to wear boy’s clothes, “violently refuses to wear girl’s clothes at my home,” as he identifies as a boy while with his father.

A Texas father is battling for his child in court in the wake of contesting his ex-wife’s case, that their six-year-old son is in fact a transgender young girl.

The mother has accused the father of child abuse in their divorce proceedings “for not affirming James as transgender” and is trying to remove parental rights from him. “She is also seeking to require him to pay for the child’s visits to a transgender-affirming therapist and transgender medical alterations, which may include hormonal sterilisation starting at age eight.”

As a result the father has been legally barred from discussing sexuality and gender from a scientific or religious perspective and from dressing his son in boys’ clothes.  Instead, he has to now provide both girls’ and boys’ outfits. Although according to the father, his son consistently refuses to wear dresses.

The boy’s mother brought her son to see a gender transition therapist where he was diagnosed with gender dysphoria. According to the therapist’s notes, the boy chose to identify as a girl while he was alone in sessions with his mother; when he was with his father he chose to identify as a boy.

[A] dossier filed with the Dallas court says that, under the skilled eyes of the therapist, the child was presented two pieces of paper, one with the word “James” and one with the word “Luna,” and asked to pick the name he preferred. When the appointment only included his mother, James selected Luna, the name and gender he uses at his mother’s home and in his first-grade classroom. When the appointment was only with his father, however, James pointed to the boy name James, not the girl name.

In addition the father has also collected testimonies from parents of his son’s friends along with a church leader who claim they have only ever seen the six-year-old identify as a male.

The boy’s pastor, Christ Church Carrollton Bill Lovell, said, “Based on the three occasions I’ve spent time with him, I’d say he acts and looks unmistakably like a healthy six-year-old boy. … I am praying for [him], an average six-year-old boy, a sweet-natured, intelligent, lovable and at this point particularly vulnerable young man, caught up in a titanic clash of worldviews.”

His mother came to pick up the boys to take them to [his brother’s] soccer game,” recalled Sarah Scott, a family friend and mother of three sons who are close with the boy. “[He] hugged his dad and said, ‘Love you.’ He refused to go to the soccer game as a girl with mom and stayed with dad. That evening they came to our house.

However, the battle continues as the gender dysphoria diagnosis is being contested by the boy’s father.

Walt Heyer, author of Translate survivors and former transgender female, warns that the potential diagnosis could ruin the boy’s life, similar to what he went through after he was secretly cross-dressed by this grandmother for two-and-a-half years as a young boy.

The diagnosis is critical, because labeling a child with gender dysphoria can trigger a series of physical and mental consequences for the child and has legal ramifications in the ongoing custody case. Get it wrong,” Heyer writes at The Federalist, the boy’s “life is irrevocably harmed.”

The boy’s “precious young life hinges purely on the diagnosis of gender dysphoria by a therapist who wraps herself in rainbow colors, affirms the diagnosis of gender dysphoria, and dismisses evidence to the contrary,” argues Heyer. “Remove the ‘rainbow’ from [the] diagnosis, and it crumbles under the weight of the criteria for the diagnosis of gender dysphoria.”

The author warned, “If we do not save [the boy] from a misdiagnosis, his next step is chemical castration at age eight, only two years away.”

The family fighting to save the boy from the possible misdiagnosis have set up a website named “Steve James”

If you agree with the father then please SHARE this post with your friends & family on Facebook.

Why You Should Put A Lemon Next to Your Bed Every Night.

in Uncategorized

According to aromatherapist, Diane Elizabeth, “Lemon has been used as a powerful aromatherapy essential oil for ages, and it has been credited with such benefits as increased concentration, decreased stress levels, and a soothing effect on the respiratory system.”

It’s truly amazing the amount of different uses there are for foods – particularly fruits and vegetables – apart from consuming them of course.

The benefits of lemons are no exception. (After all, citrus fruits are the most cited of all foods regarding alternative uses.)

Lemons are one of the most versatile fruits, whether it’s part of a cleaning solution, homemade beauty product, or toothpaste.

We are going to discuss the benefits of placing lemon next to your bed in the article. We will also discuss how to cut your lemon in order to get the best use out of it.

So let’s begin…

First of all, lemons contain an incredible amount of nutrients; which gives the fruit it’s amazing health benefits. It seems natural to combine the high concentration of nutrients with the benefits of aromatherapy.

Lemon is loaded with antioxidants and anti-bacterial properties. These properties may help explain why the fruit appears to help people breathe easier.

Individuals with asthma or who are stricken with a cold may find that keeping a lemon next the bed opens up their lung pathways. While much of the scientific evidence on this effect is anecdotal, it makes sense from an elemental standpoint.

All you probably know, lemon gives off a powerful aroma, so the area around your bed is probably going to smell a bit more pleasant.

What many people don’t know is that lemon may indeed improve air quality. This characteristic is attributed the lemon’s detoxification properties.

Midwives and obstetricians sometimes use essential oils for pain relief during childbirth. Additionally, the University of Maryland Medical Center, citing one study, states “pregnant women felt less anxiety and fear, had a stronger sense of well-being, and had less need for pain medications during delivery.”

Additional studies found that people with cancer, headaches, and rheumatoid arthritis (RA) require fewer pain medications when using aromatherapy.

Aromatherapists have labeled lemon as a “stress-buster” (well, not those exact words) for thousands of years – and for a good reason.

Lemons are known to aid in serotonin production. Serotonin is the brain’s “happy” chemical; in fact, most prescription anti-depressants target serotonin receptors. Additionally, serotonin is responsible for regulating anxiety and mood – and lemon may help in this regard.

Lemon balm, an essential oil, is known for increasing blood circulation and lowering blood pressure. While a natural lemon is not an essential oil, it makes sense that some of the effects would carry over.

As with better breathing and improved air quality, much of the science on this is anecdotal and requires more study. However, given how we’re inundated with BP prescription drugs, it certainly doesn’t hurt to give this a try.

Insects – especially ants and mosquitoes – hate the smell of lemon. As per a small company, Mosquit-no, who specialize in organic pest repelling products:

“Mosquitos hate the smell of lemon and orange peels. Rubbing citrus peels on your skin or grating peels around your porch, patio, or campsite can help repel mosquitos. Ants also avoid citrus peels, in case you want to repel (both) insects.”

While the passage specifically mentions lemon peels, an open lemon exposes the pests to citrus which is the primary objective.

Cutting your lemon

If you’re a chef or cook, you can probably skip this rudimentary “lemon-cutting” lesson!

Anyways, for the rest of us, here’s how to cut a “standing” lemon correctly.

First, grab a small plate or cutting board.

Second, hold the lemon lengthwise (top-down) in your non-cutting hand.

Third, cut about three-quarters of the way down the canter of the lemon. Rotate the fruit 90 degrees and repeat. (Please be careful not to cut yourself.)

If the lemon doesn’t stand (which it probably won’t), cut off enough of the opposite end so that it stays flat.

6 Real Reasons Why You Are Emotionally Drained

in Uncategorized

Strong fierce women regularly make things at a glance around them look rather simple. They are both efficient and thoughtful at the same time. They are probably the most persistent parents and they perform obligations exceptionally well. Indeed, even while juggling different things all at once, they don’t allow their issues to interfere. However they can often feel the strain of being stressed and trying to manage things alone.

When you are emotionally exhausted it can leave you feeling totally miserable and depleted. This type of exhaustion is evident in your work, along with the time spent with loved ones. It can also prompt poor performances at work along with not being able to enjoy the quality of of life they actually desire. In spite of the fact that strong women are amazing at what they do, they need to be aware of when they become emotionally depleted. Often times people do not understand when someone says they are ” Emotionally Exhausted “. Only the people who have felt it will understand how it feels.

You can read all the reasons below.

Here are 6 reasons why a strong lady is experience emotional exhaustion, see if you recognise any of the signs:

A strong woman never compromises on her independence, and a lot of times she doesn’t get the support she deserves, even emotionally

Here are 6 reasons why a strong woman is emotionally exhausted:

1. You do not seek emotional security, even when you want it sometimes

You have been the master of your fears and feelings for a long time. While not many can keep up with their betrayals and things that have hurt them, you have managed to survive and move on. Now you don’t look for emotionally security from people as much as you’d like or want it in some form – making sure that you are not betrayed again.

2. You keep giving, but don’t ask for anything in return

Strong ones often try to be the most resourceful when it comes to being caregivers. When it comes to friends or family, you don’t hold back in caring for them. When you keep thinking about everyone else and putting others before you, it can take a huge toll on anybody. Though your strength keeps you going, emotional exhaustion gets to you.

3. You take the hurt, but you keep the pain inside

Being a strong woman, you don’t let too much negativity get to you. While striving to be yourself and living your individuality, you don’t let toxic criticism get to you. However, a lot of the times people you love can hurt you – unintentionally and intentionally. However much in control you are, it is natural for your emotions to get affected. Though it hurts you, you carry on ahead with strength and grace. But it makes you emotionally fatigued as you don’t share the pain and deal with it alone.

4. You’re not given care, even when you need it

Despite dealing with the hectic life and responsibilities, your care almost never fails to get to the others. But when it comes to getting care, you don’t let anyone know that. Since you have been your own caregiver, you feel you don’t have anybody at all. However, we all need someone to care of us from time to time, and its absence can lead to burnout and exhaustion without you realizing it.

5. You don’t ask for people’s love

Your drive for efficiency makes you understand that everyone has priorities. Since you are a strong one, you can manage to be the caregiver, lover and fighter for others, but are often taken for granted for being able to do all that. A lot of selfish people can only feed off your love, but they don’t love you back, and you don’t ask for it. Not being given the love you deserve can lead to a build-up of distress and later, emotional exhaustion.

6. You’re very cautious about sharing your problems with anyone else

Complications are bound to arise when you are trying to be the one for everyone, all by yourself. While your smarts and experience make you able to take care of problems, sharing goes a long way in reducing the stress which you’re likely to face. But you think that sharing problems with others will burden them and make them pity you – two things you never want. Due to this, your emotional exhaustion is bound to appear sooner or later.

If  you agree then SHARE this post with other strong women on Facebook.
